By using Make IT Blue (“the Service”) you agree to these terms.

1. Free service, no SLA

The Service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, with no service-level agreement (SLA) and no guarantee of availability, uptime, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. It may change or shut down at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable content

You are solely responsible for what you upload. You must not upload:

• Copyrighted content that you do not own or are not authorized to use.
• Forbidden or illegal content, including anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

We may block, refuse, or delete any content and may restrict access if the Service is misused.

3. Your files

You keep all rights to your files. Uploaded files and generated results are automatically deleted within 24 hours (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its author are not liable for any damages, data loss, or losses arising from your use of the Service. You use it at your own risk.
